We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. This return and exchange policy applies to women’s handbags, women’s shoes, and women’s clothing purchased through our website.

Return & Exchange Request Period

If you need to request a return or exchange, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving the product.
The returned package must be delivered to the carrier and have a scan record within this period. We may not process requests made after 30 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • No obvious signs of use

  • In original condition

  • Original tags intact, without damage or loss

  • No noticeable stains or odors

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account to submit the request, or contact us via email with your order number.

  2. After customer service review, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Follow the instructions to send back the product and retain proof of shipping.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange.

Return Label Fees

If you use our provided return label, a $10 return processing fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to ship the product back on your own, please use a trackable shipping service and bear the associated shipping costs.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Packages returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Exchange Rules

We support exchanges for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).
For exchange requests:

  • A $8 re-shipping fee is usually charged.

  • Exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
    If the exchange is due to a quality issue or shipping damage, we will usually cover the re-shipping costs.

Non-returnable Situations

We generally do not accept returns for the following conditions:

  • The product shows obvious signs of wear or use

  • The product has an odor (e.g., perfume, smoke)

  • The product has stains (e.g., makeup or food stains)

  • The product has pet hair

  • The product has been damaged due to human error

  • Requests made after the 30-day return window

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Final Sale Products

The following items are typically considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange (as indicated on the product page):

  • Certain women’s handbags on clearance or promotion

  • Certain women’s shoes on clearance

  • Certain women’s clothing marked as final sale or heavily discounted

Product Defects or Damage

If you receive a defective product, one that was damaged during shipping, or one that is different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide the order number and clear photos.
We will offer an exchange, resend, or refund based on the situation.

Refund Method & Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Typically:

  • We will initiate the refund within 1-3 business days after the return has been approved.

  • Banks or payment providers may require 5-10 business days to process the refund.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If the order has not been processed or shipped, you can contact us to request modifications or cancellations.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return once the item is received, according to this policy.
